When explaining something, start with the point. Then explain. It's quicker and clearer.

Communication engages 2 or more people. Each effects the other, it's a dynamic interplay.

Communication is about 5% what you say, 95% tone and body language.
The irony of intelligence. The more intelligent you try to sound, the less you do. The less intelligent you try to sound, the more you do.
